We make custom shoes on order and dispatch them within 7 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 business days with our shipping partners. 
We are working with leading global courier companies (DHL, UPS etc.) and are capable to ship across the world in more than 200 countries. These companies deliver in 4 to 7 business working days in USA, Canada, Europe and all major cities of Middle and Far East.

Courier companies do not deliver to P.O Box (Except UAE) so we request you to provide complete address with street name and postal code.

We mentioned delivery time for every shoes/boots on the product page. Most orders are dispatched with-in 7 days  and deliver before time..

VAT & CUSTOM DUTIES
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties vary according to the rules of different countries and are not included in our order process but may be charged by your government, which courier company charge mostly at the time of delivery.
