Refund policy

"All our shoes are handcrafted and made to order specifically for you. Therefore we do not offer refunds. However we'll be happy to exchange your pair for another size or style."

The Indian Shoe Company offers the facility to return goods by obtaining a full Store Credit or Exchange for an item of the same value, within 8 days of delivery excluding return postage charges.

In the unlikely event that you find a fault, let us know and we will arrange a collection. If on inspection we cannot find a fault we may return your purchase to you and prior to dispatch, we may charge you the delivery fee applicable to your location.

Goods are returned at the customer's expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this until the exchange has been processed.

The Indian Shoe Company Shoes will not pay for Custom Charges/Import duty. If there is a charge for us to collect the returns then we will refuse the parcel.

Once the returned item is received. We will process your new order and ship it Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your exchange 

Our Shoes are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any charges that you may incur during the exchange process.

Taking care of our goods

Upon receipt of your purchase please take care when trying them on and ensure that you do not damage the items or the packaging, as if you wish to return the item it must reach us in perfect condition.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

Proof of Purchase

Returns & Exchange will only be accepted with a receipt, dispatch note or another proof of purchase and clearly stating the reason for the return.
